Maria Carla Napoles Bio

Maria Carla Napoles is the Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) of Health of Mind. She started her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) back on April 2020. As an ACD, she works directly with our Clinical Director, Frank Perez-Verdecia and assists with hiring process, Initial and ongoing training, Admission of clients, Monitoring of Supervision requirements, Oversight of treatment integrity and progress as well as other important tasks. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychology with the area of study in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Carla loves working with children and is motivated to further her expertise in early intervention.
