Aleymi Santana Pedrero Bio

Aleymi Santana Pedrero is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been working with Health of Mind since 2017 and was eventually assigned the position of Senior Supervisor in July 2021. Her career in Behavior Analysis began in 2005 as a behavior assistant providing therapy to adults with developmental disabilities. Subsequently, she became a support coordinator for the same demographic, and then returned to the behavior assistant position. Upon her return she started to gain interest in the effectiveness and importance of ABA therapy and early intervention. In 2014, she was highly motivated to further my knowledge of the behavioral field and completed my ABA courses in ABA España, to become a BCBA. Aleymi then decided to achieve a master’s degree in psychological prevention and intervention in behavioral problems from Valencia International University.
